Nerdspace is a curated community for developers, designers, and makers. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your consent to the modified terms.

You are responsible for all content you post and all actions you take within Nerdspace. You agree not to:

• Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Harass or abuse other members of the community.
• Attempt to scrape, brute-force, or disrupt our systems.
• Impersonate other users or staff members.

Certain features, such as creating public spaces or advanced analytics, may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed via our third-party provider (Stripe). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Cancellation of subscriptions can be done at any time through your dashboard. No pro-rated refunds are provided unless explicitly required by law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
