Refund
Policy

At Nerdspace, we stand behind the quality of our collective. However, since we provide digital services and access to a community, our refund policy is strict to prevent abuse.

All subscription payments are final unless there is a technical malfunction on our end that prevents you from accessing the service for a period exceeding 48 hours.

• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
• Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically. We send a reminder email 3 days before renewal. Refunds are not issued for "forgotten" cancellations once a new cycle has started.

We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis in extreme circumstances (e.g., fraudulent transactions). If you believe you have a valid claim, contact support@nerdspace.fun within 7 days of the transaction.
